Moorhead Community Center & Public Library

McGough Construction, on behalf of the City of Moorhead, is soliciting bids for Bid Package One (Structure, Earthwork, Switchgear) for the Moorhead Community Center & Public Library located in Moorhead, MN. 

The project consists of a 68,310 square foot new public facility that will include a walking track, children’s play area, meeting rooms in conjunction with the necessities of a library.

Electronic bid documents and bidding information will be available at the Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks, and Minnesota Builders exchange or can be requested via email from taylor.werner@mcgough.com. Bids will be received up to 1:00 PM on May 2nd, 2024 with bid opening to follow at 3:00 pm. Additional information can be found within the bidding documents.
